Yes, your children need an affidavit filed also. If they do not have one filed they will be at risk as a US Citizen. They could be at risk in schools, hospitals, & doctors offices. Also, public areas- CPS is imposing their overreach. As a national those agencies would be exceeding their jurisdiction; ex: a 12 yo being able to consent for themselves without mom/dad consent.
