State Citizen

A state citizen is an individual who resides in and is a legal resident of a specific state within a country. State citizenship grants individuals certain rights and privileges within that state, such as the right to vote, access to public services, and protection under state laws. State citizenship is separate from national citizenship, which is granted by the federal government of a country.
